You will be fine with those offsets. Front will actually be little tucked in. Et35-30 would be probably better in front. 235/35 and 265/30 for tires.
I had 235/35/19 et40 fronts and 265/30/19 et30 rears, never rubbed once. I had a sedan, what is yours?

I would get the front closer to ET30 than ET40.

I've been running 19X9 front ET35 235/35 and 19X10 ET35 265/30 for the last year, car loaded or unloaded tearing around the twisties or cruising down the interstate, no worries.
ET 35 all around worked great.
