Misfires/hesitation help needed

Hi guys, i've been experiencing hesitations in higher gears but only on part (1/2)throttle. I changed the plugs and cleaned the intake valves... Didn't change a thing...

Has anyone ever experienced this? The car does not code and feels mint when i go WOT... All adaptation values are perfect according to bmw dealership. I went for an oil change and they told me i could get a bill for further diagnostics and so I will be bringing it in for that but i was wondering if there was anything more i could do myself to try and not get stuck with a bill. Car is full stock btw.

Thanks
