When doing tight corners or curves, I always reheat the piece a few times to make sure it set. It relieves a lot of the "tension" in the vinyl which happens when you stretch/mold it. After hitting it with the heat gun a couple of times, the edges stop coming up. Also, try to minimize the amount of stretching you have to do. And use a piece of vinyl that's a decent bit larger than the piece you're covering.

Since no one else has asked, I will. How many feet do you need to fully wrap the exterior of an e92? 60×???

does anyone know what he's using to cut the vinyl? is it a small blade? I'm scared of using an exacto knife or box cutter near my paint.. and also is that a FLAME GUN he's using?! O_O

For an E92, roughly 20 yards without mistakes or seams. There are some funny shapes that take more vinyl than you think to do in one piece.

I hate that you did this. I want to either paint, or wrap, my future 335i Lamborghini Verde Ithaca, which is basically this exact color. Maybe I'll do a matte lime green instead. Yours looks great though!

I've been working on my 330 in pieces over the last several months, picked up a csl trunk and some VMR v721's along the way. Just about done now, just need to either grow a pair and try the front bumper lol, or take it to a shop to have it done. And then I'm waiting until I upgrade to the Mtech rear to do the rear. Thanks for checking the pics
