dont think i could deal with that annoying ass chime for 2-3 minutes lol... but its okay cuz i wear mine and dont really have a concern about it --- also not sure what reason you'd have for not wearing yours. but to each their own...

I had this one in my old 330d e92, happened on the motorway I had to pull up and close it and it never happened again. once closed the door felt completely secure and I couldn't find anything that would of causes it. There was only me in the car when it happened to me too

Doors were locked ? That may tell you is problem in mechanical or electrical part. The point is : if car is locked you need to pull twice in order to open the door, else once is enough. Maybe before actuator replacement (like 80E if I remember in Germany, have replaced that when bough the car) you should check Bowden cable position (29 on picture).
