Drive Clean with catless BMS DP and JB4?

It would appear that I will need to pass an emissions test prior to renewing my plates this year on my '08 N54.

I understand that the test is now OBD based, but wasn't sure whether the code-auto clear function is sufficient or if I need an external DP fix.

Can someone shed some light?

you need external DP fix. You won't pass with JB4 as the JB4 just auto clears the codes and does not allow system to reach readiness.

I just recently passed with the jb4 off and the BMS backend flash as it suppresses the DP code
