122k.

Only pricey issue was the starter.
I freshened up the suspension at 80k and did a clutch at 90k. Plugs at 100k. Other than that just oil changes every 7500 miles or so which is probably overkill.

Did a bmw cca school last week and the car only used a half quart of oil, and runs very strong.

I keep it very nice as it will probably be in my family until it's dead- there would be no point trying to sell in now with that many miles. I'd love another car, but when I drive it I don't really think about other cars.

clutch at 90k scares me. E36's last 150-300k on stock clutches. I had one with 280k on the stock and my buddy has his with 250k on his. I plan on keeping the e90 for a while or dec 2012 when the world ends. lol

The clutch at 90k wasn't awful, the flywheel didn't even come out. When I bought the car it had 55k on it. I think the job cost me like 800 bucks all told.
If I was the original owner I would have got many more miles out of the clutch.

I feel clutch life is directly related to the driver. Some people are just so damn hard on clutches without even knowing it. I;m still on my original clutch and no signs of needing replacing yet. I know some e30's with over 200k on the original clutch.

I feel the same way, my first bmw and I love the thing. No desire to get anything else for a while (except a 335 at some point hehe)

'08 328i e90 AT. 50K miles. I do mostly highway with ample warm up before it sees any kind of revs. Hope to get alot of miles out of it. My last car was a TL that I got 150K on before giving to my daughter, that one still runs like new w/166K.

I have the CPO maint till 100K so hope to get the big ticket items, brakes, plugs etc taken care of.
