gunmetal window trim

And if I didn't like it, I can just take it off..

Yeah but I'm talking about actual paint. I saw the plastidip and it just didn't pop for me.

window trim should match the tint you put on the windows..

Well doesn't the chrome pop out to begin with? Having everything black on Monaco blue to begin with make the car way to dark imo I'm getting 35% tint and gunmetal rims and I don't think it would look bad at all.

Been thinking about this too, I think that a lighter gunmetal trim would look good on a black car, but any color they usually look better with the black. Monaco Blue is tough, but I think it would look better with the black trim.

I would use anthracite plastidip instead, to keep it looking like metal. Gunmetal plasti-dip comes out a weird gray/green/primer color.

If you do plasti-dip... use the "metalizer" or "glosser" or whatever to make it look like metal or paint...

plastic dip is OK, but I HATE the way it looks without a 'finish' to it... it looks like, well, plastic... which doesn't look right on any kind of car, let alone a BMW... add the glosser or metalizer and it can actually look really good.

Do it with vinyl. It'll be fairly cheap, and if you don't like it you can rip it off without having harmed the original trim.
