Question How to get rid of the annoying beeps

Our cars beep too much. How do I shut it up except when the engine is malfunctioning and fuel is low, etc?

Its a safety thing, I doubt its codeable but I could be wrong

It really is. You can read up all you want about how to please a woman, you can look at all the diagrams in the world, but just like the clitoris, you won't know what the hell an apex is before you actually find it.

I believe it is possible. I had mine coded so there is no chime for anything, but I still get the warnings on the dash for low fuel, or when it hits 37 degrees.

No offense, but this should not be posted in the DIY section. The DIY section is for write-ups on how to get rid of the beeping noise, not to see if people know how. Search the other parts of the site for these types of questions. After you figure it out, write a DIY procedure, take pictures, and post it here.

Let's try this one more time. Perhaps you SHOULD post a question about getting rid of this beeping noise. However, posting it in the diy, is, in my opinion, a cluttering of what the diy section is about. Feel free to post, but just in the appropriate section (like the BMW coding section perhaps). Just a thought.

Contact Alex@Alpine coding, He'll fix it in 5 minutes. I suggest emailing him, he's not very fond of the PM thing. Alex@Alpinemss.com
He can probably help you with many other things as well.
