How do I remove these?

My inboard passenger side spray deflector got partially torn off the underside of the car. Went to remove it and found these little fasteners holding onto the remains. Started yanking and pulling and before I just cut them off and pickup some new ones I thought I'd see if there's a trick to getting them to pop free so they can be reused.

Thanks in advance

Use something small to push the middle through. Then hope you can find it again to reuse.
