Re-torquing new headgasket

Will I damage my headgasket if I take out the already torqued bolts and re-torque it with a new set of bolts? The reason for this is because one bolt was very jittery when torquing and now I can't move it and don't really feel like forcing it when the rest of the bolts went much smoother. At this point it needs a good further 20-30 degrees of turn and I would rather get a new set of bolts and re do it but I'm not sure whether head gaskets deform when you torque them

Do not reuse.

Compression ring only works once. It permanently deforms.

Why would you do the whole set and not just the bolt that you haven't finished torquing? What exactly is "jittery"?

Because then by undoing that bolt I would be undoing it unecenly, not following sequence,

Meh...

Don't take this as financial advice, as I'm not a financial advisor...

But if it was my car, I'd finish the sequence skipping the 'questionable' screw, then try my darn'dness to clean out the hole and the threads, then stick a new screw in.
