Flapper Mod

I have read about the flapper mod in a couple of places. I do have a few questions:

1. How do I do it?
2. Is there any performance difference?
3. How much is it improve the sound?

Thanks Canuck.

I was kinda all Thought I just spent a little time doing this...

But as discussed, seems the "Unplug" mod will record fault codes, whilst the Hose method will not. So... Yeah, the question comes down to do you give a crap about codes being recorded? Hmmm...

I don't. As long as I'm not using any aftermarket equipment I think I'm pretty safe warranty-wise. I would be more worried about a cat back exhaust than unplugging the solenoid.
