e90 335i 18mm wheel spacers

might be going for 18mm wheel spacers haven't gotten an alignment in a long time so it might be needed. will the wheel spacer affect the tires because of the alignment in any way?

18s quite a bit, but shouldn't matter. I ride 15mm up front and 10mm in back. Lowering the car ~does~ matter. IMHO you should get the smallest toe in you can get. I think the car drives fine with 3/64 toe in! This means you can't use your local mother stealership though to do it.

This is what I drive:
LF: -2.8d camber, 0.06d toe

RF: -2.5d camber, 0.05d toe

LR: -1.9d camber, 0.06d toe

RR: -1.9d camber, 0.07d toe

One more thing, camber and toe will affect tire wear a lot more than having spacers. Spacers mean more bearing wear, however. 18 should be ok. I will admit I haven't done the math, but I twould think anything below 20mm would be ok. Probably some threads on that.

I don't plan on lowering the car. at least not any time soon. so would 18mm affect tire wear at all?
