Audio Info Showing Incorrect Info

I have a bunch of MP3s and M4As in the flash drive. It seems like half of the music show up in my iDrive as "Various Artists" for Album Name and Album Artist even though in the metadata for the audio files it has the correct artist and album name in it. Anyone else has the problem and found a way to fix?
