Hi guys. I recently bought a high kick performance spoiler from BC-MOTO.

Iv heard guys having good experiences but mine seen to be different. I ordered the spoiler which was fine. Received an email saying he would package it and sort it for me.

A week or so later I mailed asking for a tracking number or a rough eta.

I then get a reply back saying they would send my spoiler in 20 days. I assumed a language barrier ment I would receive it that time. So I double checked to confirm. I was returned a message saying no. I will send it in 20 days and it will then take 10-21 days to recieve it??

Why is this. By the time the spoiler comes I wont want it anymore. Lol

Best to go with forum sponsors or word of mouth on here.

5 days for mine. Awesome service! Dunno what's happened there. It does say they can take longer of they are not in stock in your colour as they need to be painted (think they do a batch at a time)
Anyway, hope you get it sorted!!

I never ordered in a colour. Just plain carbon.

Iv got a refund now. Not really sure what happened tbh but I wont be using them or recomending them.

And I would use a sponser but I want a performance style spoiler and not pay the 200 quid they want for one. Its a small piece of plastic or carbon. They imported just like we do then bang over 100 on the price as profit.

Yours is the first bad experience with BCMOTO that I have heard of.

I received mine very quickly and perfect colour match.

Did you ask why the delay? Was the spoiler not in stock or? Seems odd based on all the previous forum member experiences including my own.

How is that a bad experience? Are you going to die if you don't have a carbon spoiler within 1 week? Maybe they are out of stock?

Delivery for most people has been 4-5 days. I received stuff from bc.moto in Taiwan or wherever they are based quicker than from Amazon.

In the end refunded you, so all in all what are you complaining about?

I ordered the carbon high kick spoiler, and it only came last week after 4 weeks wait. Worth the wait though.

I ordered my painted spoiler on a Thursday evening from them and it arrived on a Monday morning. Incredible service. Guess it's down to whether they have stock or not. ?

Mine took a week, colour match wasn't perfect but Arktis Metallic is really hard to match so fair play, will get repainted anyway. Good service though and good communication, going to order a front splitter from them unpainted and get it painted here.

Unfortunately they won't because they're for an E90, I don't think they currently have any splitters for an SE E92!

I have bought kidney grilles and a spoiler and not had any problem . the grilles took a little longer bacause I wanted them painted to a colour match and I was told 21 days but it was no where near that slighty over a week I i remember right the spoiler was ordered painted already on a thursday and I had it the following tuesday
