Work Gnosis GS5 19 inch or 20? Advice

Hey guys, I have spent months deciding on rims and I think I have finally decided on Work Gnosis GS5. The only other decision I can't make is should I go with 19 inch or 20 inch? I don't want the car to ride like crap but would like some feedback from anyone that has some experience with 19 vs 20 on a 3 series.

Rims are going on a E93 335is. I am not planning on lowering the vehicle and I am considering rolling the fenders.

Hey Buddy

My car came with stock 19s and I put 20s non run flat replacements. Believe it or not the ride got better in my eyes.
Those run flat 19s were harsh. Problem I had was some rubbing in the back on dips. My guys put some sort of "knuckle" in the back springs and rubbing is completely gone. They told me the rear fenders don't have much play as far as rolling and didn't want to risk it coming out "wavy". Hope that helps a bit

Btw. Not a fan of work style wheels but the Gnosis are beautiful. Nice choice
Off topic: If you look in to what Gnosis means and where it came from its pretty interesting stuff lol

I was using run flats in the summer so either way will be a great upgrade I am sure. I am planning on running Hankook V12 235/35R19 front and 265/30R19 rears.

Do you have any pics of your 20's? Gnosis meaning is pretty cool!

They look bigger than 20's! They look really big in the first pic but then perfect in the second. How does it ride? What size tires are you running?

275/30s

You give up some sidewall running twentys

Ride quality is better than it was with my runflats. Not exactly MB or lexus territory but comfortable enough to be my daily. Hope that helps!

Well maybe just me, but I don't like the SUV wheel gap look. It's all on you tho.

I don't love wheel gap either, I am hoping the change in wheel size will help fill that gap a little bit. The car is low enough for me, not really into scraping my car getting in and out of parking lots and it is already enough of a snow plow in the winter.

I think 19s are perfect. 20s make it look like a DUNK. Rims are nice though. Good luck with your choice.

Thanks everyone, I am planning on going with 19's. I really want to go 20's but I don't want to end up with a bent rim. Our roads in Calgary can have some nasty potholes as I have already learned the hard way!
