How to stop adverts being soooo FREAKIN' LOUD

How? I want to know... HOW ?

I mean I have the TV on a decent manageable volume, then the VERTS come on and it goes up 10x and causes me stress..

Sky+ the programmes and then ffwd through them. A one hour show becomes 40 minutes without the ads

I find it quite useful when I fall asleep watching a film, the loud adverts at the end wake me up.

SKY+ is a real plus. FFD through the adverts is so, so handy.

Channel 4 does that all the time, no idea why. On the subject of adverts I FUCKING HATE THE 'GO COMPARE' ADVERTS!!!!

As soon as it comes on I have to change channel or turn it off. I know they reckon even if ads are annoying they work but I wouldn't ever use them out of principal for having such a wanky shit advert
