I'm planning on getting an 09 335i with 100,000 miles on it with all packages but M and has been very well maintained, I'm only worried about the miles is it too much or

Depends what work has been done to it and, as the above poster stated, how good the price REALLY is Lol.
I picked up my 330i with 122k miles on it last summer. 8k later and I've only had to spend about $100 on a new ignition coil and spark plugs. But that's the n52 motor that doesn't have the costly turbos.

Unless this just came off CPO warranty or the owner can prove BMW has done all the service work, don't go for it.
By that mileage, turbos need replacing, HPFP issue, etc. N54 is a good motor but does have issues with age.
