Mad as loons! We've had quite a few Russians stay with us and they refuse to wear seat belts as they believe that they are dangrous. That's probably why the guy in the black car was killed.

All of them to blame though, road racing is just way too dangerous, there are too many variables to consider and most of them are just not within the drivers control.

I used to live in Russia, and seen much worse accidents.
The guy who films, shouts do not touch, do not touch anything.
I remember when my dad bought car (Lada) in Russia, he did cut seat belts off, which most people did to reduce noise in cabin.
Or when he was drunk, he let his son (me) 11 years old boy to drive him home
