Warranty & Maintenance Expire Next Week - 2007 E92 335i - Final Dealer Check Up

Hey guys, the CPO warranty and free maintenance on my '07 335i expires in about 10 days. I'd like to bring the car in for one last check over before then.

Any things I should specifically mention when bringing it in?

Here are some details:

Purchased 2 years ago with 24k Miles, now has 68K miles. Since then, I've had the following warranty work done.

- Turbo's have been replaced due to waste-gate rattle
- Active Steering Assembly was replaced due to steering binding

and maintenance: Rear Brakes, break fluid, oil changes, air filters

It still has the original HPFP, never had issues with it. iDrive says front brakes have 15k miles left (wonder if I could slam on the brakes a few times and get them worn down more in order to be replaced free under the maintenance plan...)

My CPO is running out in March so I have begun doing research on this as well. It appears that a lot of members recommend a PPI from a reputable indy shop. This way you have a 3rd party inspecting it versus the dealer which may not want to notify you of any issues if they don't want to deal with them.

If i'm not mistaken, the brakes are based on amount of mileage and not necessarily "wear." Plus you would have to come to a screeching halt every time you hit the brakes to wear down 15k miles worth in 10 days lol
