Wow! You are really going for it. Looks good and I am jealous. I am sure that CF likely would look good on my Black Sapphire.
Is this your first Bimmer? I am on my 4th and you have probably done more mods on your car than I have on all 4 put together.

Thanks for the comments

My overarching goal was to first 'correct' the car as I think it should have come from the factory; I don't count many of the parts as mods (painted reflectors, OEM Performance glossy grilles, debadge, slim license plate holder, fog bulb temperature to match angel eyes, the non-RFT tires and CDV mod). After the car was corrected, I did enhancements: Performance wheels, this lip, M3 spoiler, Performance pedals, Performance Exhaust. Then I did a few things BMW obviously does not sell ... catless DP/chip. These will be removed for dealer/inspection and such. Next step is suspension, however I am at a crossroads. The car is easily reversible to stock in its current state, as I keep all the original parts. However that will not be the case once suspension is done. I am going to hold off for a bit, wait and see what the F30 looks like.

I want this so bad!
It looks like it restricts airflow and could get ripped off. Do you think it would survive daily autobahn speeds of ~100MPH? And sprints to 150MPH? |

So I think so ... if it's an accessory for the car, it should work with the car in all operational conditions the car's rated for. Since this is only for M-sport, and the M sport pkg ups the speed limiter to 155 mph, I'd assume it is safe to there.

Looks great. So underneath the fog mesh below the painted original "splitter" is the air blocked or can it freely flow through the splitter and out behind it? It looks open to me.

Since this is OEM I'm sure BMW tested it at very high speeds. I've heard of aftermarket front spoilers ripping off at high speeds. Obviously those companies don't test parts properly. Just slap on a price tag and start the profit $$$ |
