Just wanted to say thank you to all the forum members who contributed to my Justgiving page. We have now raised over £2600 and had nearly 100 donations , many from this forum. It has cheered the kids up hugely reading the kind comments left and it really gives you a lift when many are from people I haven't even met before so a big thank you to all of you. A great example of how a forum can be and should be

. I sold my wife's car back to the dealer for more than any web buyer offered which shows the dealer can be good. Once again thank you to those that offered advice and/or donated.

No problem at all. To put a smile on yours and the children's faces means a great deal, even though we've never met and probably never will. Doing good things makes you feel nice, more people should try it

Chris you are very welcome for the donation and I am happy to have been just a small help during a horrible situation for you..

Also, good on you for offering thanks as well. I believe that all we did was the decent thing (but there's perhaps not so much of that going around these days)- and at a time when your head is still surely on other matters it's humbling that you'd remember to come out and say thanks to us for doing what we did!
