Vacuum Reservoir problem

Anyone have any experience with that?

Problems first started with long morning cranks, eventually went into limp mode.
They initially just did a software update, went back into limp mode on the way home from the dealer, they finally caved and replaced the HPFP and some kind of reservoir.

Invoice shows: RMFD High-pressure pump, numbers end in 933; Replaced both pressure converters for exhaust turbos, remove and install pressure accumulator, vacum tank. Comments stated one vacuum reservoir leaking and both valves (EPDWS) that control vacuum not working.

Had the car for a week, went back into limp mode. SA just called, said it's throwing the same codes pointing to this vacuum resorvoir and are now waiting for the BMW engineers to figure out what to do now. Told me they've already replaced all parts relating to the original malfunction codes.

Any ideas?
