VM have made et-22 for m3.and it will also fit e90 only with fender rolled or use some skinner tires like falken 452 or toyo t1.

-22 offset in the rear looks the best (mines)

I think the best offset will be the offset the new e90 m3 using, i think is front et29 and rear et23, but you will need to roll the rear fender for sure, (im with hr sports)
