Muffler Delete with CPO?

I have a 2007 335I with aftermarket factory type warranty. I want to do a full exhaust but it is quite expensive. I have decided to settle for a muffler delete and I have a few questions.

1. Will I have issues with warranty while having a deleted muffler?
2. How bad is the drone in the car after the deleted muffler?
3. I have heard that have a DCI and a deleted muffler causes loss of low end torque?

I have e92 n52 engine and did muffler delete 2 months ago.
Took it off day after I installed them. Wasted $250. Find local with muffler delete.
Too much drone at low rpm.

It should be fine unless something goes wrong and they can prove that your muffler delete is what caused the problem.
I agree with the post above though.

Here ya go

Most videos listed make mention about the heavy drone. I hadn't heard a forced induction BMW with muffler delete before, but know the NA cars are ungodly loud.

How about you do the golf tee mod if you want a little extra sound. Try it out first and if it's still too quiet then go for the muffler delete.

Don't do it... it is way too loud and drones like crazy.

I already have done the golf tee. I guess I will do some mods first and just not worry about my exhaust until I can afford a full one. Thanks though.
