Cost of painting / Installing front Bumper

What do you guys usually pay all-in to paint a polyurethane bumper (M3 REP) and get it installed on lets say an E92?

Im currently shopping around and first place quoted me close to $800.. isn't that a tad high?

Paint 300 give or take.
Install not really sure, it's a straight forward and quick install so the max a shop should charge is an hours labour worth.

+1....$800 is ridiculously high! You should be paying about half of that!

Anyone know a place I can get it painted that is trust worthy? I will have IVO install it I just need to get it painted now
