I tried to Email them a couple days ago and didn't get the response until only a few minutes ago. Give it another shot or try PM'ing Mach@M-Force_Design he was able to get ahold of PJ for me and he contacted me promptly after that.

Don't know what to say... Each customer order we will make sure it is perfect when shipping out. It might get damaged during the shipping. The important thing is WE WILL TAKE OF IT. You just PM me yesterday and then posting this. You don't even get my reply PM before giving us this comment. It is not fair to us. But still, we will take care of it.

I just got your reply, and replied back. I'll get this thread removed, like I said. Thanks for your help, and sorry about the confusion.
