Same cable for E90 2008 for 5 series

Hi

I have the cable from one-stop electronics which works for all cars above 2006
Does the same cable work for 2004 5 series
Went i check INPA i dont get any of the black dots?

It should work. It works on my kcan only 2006 e90. You may need to solder pin 7/8 together

if i need to solder the pins then i could use the adapter that came with the cable?
