active autowerke bov tuning and questions
Just curious. I put on my charge pipe and bov and it seems the bov blows air at idle. Is it supposed to do this or should it be sealed until you Rev then it vents??? Maybe I need to do some adjustments????

It's supposed to blow air at idle. Throttle body is closed, air has to go somewhere.
And to robc, it's not that loud. I don't hear mine that much, only if the windows are down and I'm intentionally backing off to make it go off. It's a nice sound though. I haven't compared it to other bov's that are common on the N54. But it's not as loud as the ones I've used in the past on other applications - Blitz, HKS, Greddy, Tial. |
