most springs wont have any problem, as most are covered under a lifetime warranty. Its the struts you might have a problem with, along with the ride.

It sucks how you have to sacrifice the ride quality of a bmw to make it look nice lol but that wheel gap will haunt me if i dont get the springs

The worst possible thing that can happen: You get lowering springs, which is pretty inexpensive if you ask me, and your stock struts and shocks eventually blow causing you to A) buy stock shocks for next to nothing because nobody wants them, or B) get something like Koni Yellows because they're reasonably priced and will perform well for a good bit of time with those lowering springs.
I kinda wish I would have went that route my first time around, but I made a bad purchase on some $1,400 H&R coilovers that I'm just now being able to replace with BC BR's.

245/45's on a 19x8.5" wheel will close up the wheel gap. Your car will actually be higher but it looks so much better with the gap closed. But it'd be cheaper to drop first since you'll only need to buy tires once.

my wheel size is going to be 235/35/19 in the front and 275/30/19 in the rear so im guessing with having an xi the wheel gap is gonna be serious in the front

Oh man yeah I run 235/35/19 in the front and I'm pretty well slammed. I'm temporarily back on my 205/55/16's though.
