Cleaning exhaust tips.

How do you guys clean the black that gets on the exhaust tips??

what is the finish on the tips? dish soap/water works.. if its chrome, i use never dull on chrome parts.

If they are really nasty you can use an all purpose cleaner and some #0000 steel wool.
