There is this product called Detailer's Pride Polishing Pad Rejuvenator
http://www.amazon.com/Detailers-Prid.../dp/B0009VZFG4 http://www.eshine.ca/detailers_pride..._16oz-1113.php I am not sure if its really worth it, I can just use a mild detergent and wash it thoroughly to remove the excess soap.

I use that product to clean my polishing pads. It seems to work really well on pads.
For microfiber towels I use MicroRestore: http://autogeek.net/mideco128oz.html Not sure if this stuff is better than regular detergent or not. I have it, so I use it.

I use Chemical Guys MF Detergent in Hot Water and air dry them. Don't put MF in a dryer or they will get contaminated by the dryer sheet residue lurking in the dryer.

I used to use Tide laundry detergent but now I use Chemical Guys citrus pad cleaner to clean my polishing and wax pads. Breaks it up real good.
