it's in the pad and you are toast...all of the above is cleaning the carpet and cannot get to the milk which has gotten into the pad and had solidified and soured....for those of us with kids that "hide" milk sippy cups...the milk gels and smells amazingly bad...so bad that cleaning the cups really doesn't get rid of the smell...my kid can pick up the "cleaned" cup and says..YUCK!

Classifying stains-

a) Organic stains- these include proteins and fats, body oils, mould yeast, bacteria, bugs and carbohydrates. Organic soil is cleaned with an alkaline (pH 8+).Most of the stains found in the vehicle interior are of an organic nature and require an alkaline type cleaner. Some organic stains (i.e. milk, blood, vomit, urine) should be removed with an enzyme type cleaner that neutralizes the stain(Protein Odor Remover Double-O from Top of the Line (TOL) and then use a disinfectant applied to the area

wrong wrong wrong wrong kind of right wrong wrong wrong...The only way to remove odor from areas you can not reach is with an ozone generator. As long as the ozone generators filters and ceramics plates are clean it will produce o3 in your vehicle which is a gas that will track down and attack odor molecules. The gas can permeate through the carpet into the floor mat, behind the panels and anywhere else the odor may be hiding. I have an ozone machine and have used it many many times. Ive taken out smoke smell from cigarettes and a car that was literally on fire, a dead cat smell, decomposing chickens that customer left in trunk for two weeks while on vacation, and many more. I always keep my filters clean and it works every time.

Ha ha. We are not doing a fire and water and restoration in a home with a huge ozone generator. This is small automotive ozone generator that produces a small amount of ozone on a timer. I have run it in a car for 12 hours before at a low output to remove the fire smell from the vehicle. There was no damage to the vehicles electrical or it's interior and this vehicles back seat was actually on fire on the side of the freeway. I also saved the insurance company from having to total out the vehicle. So understand in this situation we would place the machine next the area causing the odor and run it for maybe two hours and the smell would be gone forever. We are trying to take out a small odor not burn the leather off the seats. Every product in detailing canbe harmful if not used properly. Rubbing compound at 3000 rpm? All purpose cleaner at full strength? Lots of products can do damage if not used properly but in my 12 years experience detailing all over the country an ozone machine used properly has never done anything but remove odor and make my customers say "oh thank god that smell is gone"
