Formal BMW Autohaus Thornhill Compliant
There are number of members on this forum that have been treated unfairly or even ripped off/tricked by BMW Autohaus in Thornhill Ontario. The purpose of this thread is to gather as many complaints as possible, so that we can forward them to BMW Canada and/or BMW AG.
We are not seeking for refund, as that may not be possible, but hopefully we can prevent BMW Autohaus from continuing their way of business and further disappointment/mislead future, current and others that may not be a member of this forum. Our goal is to seek for dealership re-evaluation, or perhaps audit on current customer service qualities, and other pending complaints through BMW Autohaus provided methods. Hopefully with all the evidence we can provide, as well as past and current complaints in their system, we can make a change. Members that wish to help/participate, please email bmwautohauscomplaints@gmail.com, and provide a detailed explanation of the incident. Please also include either your name, invoice number, date of incident, work order number etc. We need these in order for BMW to authenticate our complaints.
