Headlight Washer

Can you easily get to the HWS hose on the passenger side through the splash guard used to switch out your fogs? I haven't gotten under there yet to check but it doesn't look like you would be able to get to it through the wheel well since I have the oil cooler, but underneath I think I would be able too. Reason being is I think I have a washer fluid leak from my passenger side headlight washer and I'm not sure I want to take it to the dealer until this progman 29.2 gets sorted out. Any suggestions?
