bump, got a guy in Kansas City that sounds pretty optimistic about getting it but its technically still available.

Pending price is $27,500 with independent third party warranty ($1590 value).

Hi Kyle,
I'm actually located in Boston and anxiously looking for a 2007 or 2008 335xi. I was just going to purchase a 2008 335XI from a private seller in Quincy with only 19000 miles on it. The prices was 29,500. I should have asked for a right of first refusal and am kicking myself right now.

Anyway, I know you mentioned that you have another AWD car that you use in the winter. Any idea how a 335i with snow tires would handle in the snow?

No. All E92's came with the sport suspension and the sports steering wheel. Basically the sports package is the sports seats + 18' wheels.
