At first I thought this law was teh fail, but then again, it may help with all those frustrated at soccer moms in giant lincoln navigators talking on their cell phones and not paying attention to WTF they're doing, which is basically everywhere around Madison.

$100 ticket. Damn lol.

it pisses me off when the soccer mom behind me something follow my bumper really close especially when im coasting. it scares me more when i see that they are on the cell phone from my view rear mirror laughing and not paying attnetion

Yea dude, Livingston mall is not somewhere you wanna be when it's busy and there's a crapload of soccer moms around.
