Help with intsalling new grill

So I started installing my new grill on my e90. I decided I would start on the two upper pieces that seemed very easy to remove. The right one came off easily but the one on the left gave me problems. The torx screws seemed to be stuck for two of the three screws... I do not know what to do now without damaging the car.

Can anyone tell me if this has happened to them and if there's a way to get the screws out?

Thanks in advance!!

i dont really know how they can be "stuck" sometimes they are installed a little tight. i had the same problem with mine but all i did was just use a little more force on the screwdriver and it finally came loose...

Do you mean "stuck" as in you'll keep turning the screwdriver but the screw will just turn in place? I only say this because I think a couple of people had that problem over on the DIY thread.

Its weird... The screw will keep turning but it will just stay in place. I turn it and it doesn't get loose and finally my screw driver just looses grip. I just gave up after my third time... I don't want to strip the screw

Yeah, search through the DIY thread on removing the grills. If you look through the posts I think there is some mention of what to do in your case. I'm about to remove my grills as well later tonight so I hope I don't run into the same problem! Good luck!

the grill is plastic and theres a metal pem nut that holds the screw in. the metal pam nut and the plastic is dislocated. you might have to just break it off with the screw inside.
