Laser jammer for V1?

Seems like both Escort (Shifter ZR3) and Bel (LaserPro 905 ) have laser jammer add-on for their radar detectors. What about Valentine One, the leading manufacturer? Haven't heard anything from them yet.

Let's not talk about 3rd party solution.

Wouldn't be very effective even if it had one. Cops usually aim for the license plate or headlights, so the better laser diffusers are recommended for installation in the same area (i.e. upper or lower grill).

For Escort and Bel, they aren't built-in either. It's a unit to put in the front and rear. Would be nice if it's wireless too, like Cheetah (www.speedcheetahusa.com).

Consider the Laser Pro Park. It also doubles-up as a parking assistance device, similar to BMW's PDC but with lasers instead of radar. There's a group buy running thru June 20th for it:

Pretty impossible, considering Valentine doesn't offer it...

Go with the laser blinder or the lidatek jammer. And no, V1 does not offer any jammers....they just stick to what they are good at, radar detection...the companies that make jammers that are quality only make jammers.

I own the V1 and have been looking at laser jammers,detectors. European Car magazine had an article about laser detection and they recommended the blinderextreme.com, The M40 or M60 package. Its around 600 for the front and rear bumper kit.

What is the M60 package? I only know about the M20 (2 front difusers) and the M40 (3 in front, 1 in back).

Going back to the topic, can V1 offer laser jammer? Just found that Mike Valentine has already answered that.

I am very disappointed with V1's answer, because I hardly see radar guns around anymore, they are all laser.

Its fine, just get a laser blinder....search on the net for tests, it shows well!
