E92 Sparkling Graphite Painted Reflectors (longtran edition)

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
Just got these from Longtran and they look perfect; this was the last order from his group buy. After careful consideration I 've decided not to install them considering I'd have to buy new ones and revert back to stock when I turn the car in (my car is leased). Too much of a headache for me. I'll sell them for what I bought them for- 80$ shipped CONUS. PM me if interested.

No, Longtran boght new reflectors from BMW and had them painted then sold them to me. It was an impulse buy on my part because I didn't think things through. I have a lease, and at the end of the lease, I'd have to remove the painted reflectors and put back the stock ones. The catch is that you cant just put back the stock ones you pulled off; you have to buy new ones because the adhesive gets destroyed when you removed them. So it'd be a PITA for me plus I'd be out another 60 bucks or so buying new reflectors. If I had bought this car, you would not see these for sale...they really do look cool once installed.

Here's a pic (the white stuff with overspray on it is the 3m adhesive backing which you will pull off and discard):

Technically, they're illegal..and when you turn in a car they will do ANYTHING to keep your deposit. I'm not giving them any excuses. 3 yr lease.

edit: the first 70 bucks takes em. shipped. i paid 80 and they are brand new/flawless.

I doubt they mind and worse comes to worse buying new ones and swapping them isn't that much of a problem...
