Try azbmw.org. They have two monthly meets. One day either me or someone else will get a meet together. Maybe just a meetup at Pavilions one Saturday night would be good.
Youre not kidding about keeping to yourself. I lived in WA and there were lots of meets; granted they were Acura RSX meets. Sold the RSX in Jan and bought a 2008 335i. Several months down the road I purchased a Cobb AP, and a BMS DCI to go along with the aftermarket intercooler that came with the car.

We should probably start a AZ chat thread. Maybe that will bring more attention???

This is the chat thread more or less. Unless you think this should also be sticky'ed. But then again I feel that even with a sticky it wouldn't matter, the people that want to see whats up would find the thread regardless of sticky or an AZ chat thread.

I'm going to be out of town this weekend and I'm waiting on a job opportunity. Next week I will most likely make a thread for a date to all meet up.

You got an aftermarket bumper (I'm assuming) or did you just cut out another hole on the stock one? Also do you thing 7pm would be too early for a meet? I feel like AZ Crew (Facebook group) won't roll in to very late.

Do you know if they have the software to do the steering angle sensor reset after the alignment at Ina/thornydale shop? (I called two other Firestones in the area and they didnt have the software) How's your experience been with them so far? Is there a particular person at the shop that I should talk to and lastly do you recommend getting the lifetime alignment?

BTW I am driving a 08 335i coupe with sport package. Thanks!

Hi guys, new here! Just got a 2007 335i silver sedan. The only mod I want to do is to get some brighter angel eyes. Can anyone recomend a shop in the Phoenix area, or better yet if someone wants to help me install them that has experience. Thank you for your help

Welcome! We will be having a meet at the Pavilions next week at 7pm, you're more than welcome to stop by!

I would recommend trying a DIY before you go to a shop and pay $$ for something small... I can recommend a place if you want though. I would help but I don't have experience with changing Xenon angel eye bulbs. Do you know what angel eyes you're going to get? Generally they come with instructions or have them online.

Thank you! not sure what the Pavilions is, i just moved here from Cali a few month ago. Would love to go, but my car is completely stock.

From what I read I just need to remove wheels to get to the back or the headlight and change the stock bulb out for an led (maybe Lux). Doesn't sound too complicated but i don't have space or the experience with these cars.

Pavillions is a shopping center in North Scottsdale (Indian Bend and the 101). Every weekend there's a car show in the parking lot next to McDonalds. It's a good place to see some classic American muscle cars, as well as the occasional exotic.

Anyone know of a good local coding guru who can unlock the DVD player while you drive on a CIC iDrive?

Thanks for letting AkimboSlice know that it's about. AkimboSlice you're more than welcome to come. Everyone starts by looking at other modded e9x to see where they want to go with theirs... if you're planning on modding it.

This thread isn't too active so it might take you a while to get an answer. I thought there was a mention of someone coding in AZ a few pages back in this thread but I couldn't find anything... maybe I didn't search far back enough. You're better off trying the BMW Coding section and see if someone replies there. Most coders check that section every so often.

...and welcome!
