Has anyone had or heard of experience with the Replika brand? Fastco appears to be the distributor. Their warranty looks ok (lifetime on the structural integrity, 1 year on clear coat and finish) and some reputable tire/wheel retailers sell them.
http://www.replika.ca/component/option,com_frontpage/Itemid,54/lang,en/ I really like the look of the 220M wheels and these guys sell a set that will fit my e90 335i. Any feedback would be appreciated. |

The winter wheels I am currently using for my winter tires are from Replika. Not sure about strength (doubt they will be of high quality as at their price point, they are cast wheels for sure), but I know for a fact that they are HEAVY!

Cheap and heavy you get what you pay for with wheels. You got warranty but I bet if you hit a pot hole and crack a rim you will have a hard time getting a replacement

I had a set on my 2006 335xi for winter.
For the price point they are good. I lost some positive steering sensation due to the weight and winter tire compound compared to higher end products. My beyern ( I don't remember the spelling ) wheels cost more and the weight was similar plus they had a soft lip .. So overall I was not happy with that .. But Perfect fit. I don't know if replika have all the certifications for testing ? Dotxx ..tuv etc.. .? I was told Bmw wheels are crash tested and have higher tolerances for road hazards ? is this true I don't know ..but I never bent a car manufacturer wheel.. Even my turbo center lock RS spyders.. Perhaps plain luck.. |

^ GAH! I've noticed this for a while, but it seems in almost EVERY post of yours, you are able to somehow bend the topic on hand towards your 997.
STOP! I'm jealous already knowing I'm not in close reach of it financially seeing how I have other priorities before it at this age |
