Feeler: Open Day & Free Diagnostic at A1BN Stevenage Herts

As the title above says we are seriously looking at doing an open day of sorts on either September 14th or 21st starting at 9am and finishing at 4.30pm. We've been talking about this today and feel that it would be nice to offer this invitation out to fellow enthusiasts. And where better than here where I'm a member.

We have the latest diagnostic equipment(AutoLogic & Bosch KTS) as well as if required 6 ramps where if anyone's got any drama's we can get the car in the air and have a nose about. Time and part supply permitting I dare say that we'd be able to carry out certain repairs for a day only reduced fee. We've been around for over 10 years now and have a very well earned reputation for quality and honesty but just in case you haven't heard/seen us before have a look at the website www.a1bnspecialist.co.uk/

If it proves popular we'd also ensure that our rather decent food van is on site to provide decent food too.

Leave it with you guys to voice your thoughts but any takers listed as game for the day would really benefit me getting this day rubber stamped in the diary...

Cheers guys

Steve

How about a mini show and shine competition with some servicing vouchers or cleaning products as prizes? Might help get you a nice turn out in addition to your workshop facilities and services?

Thanks for the replies guys everything so far mentioned will be passed on(show'n'shine's an interesting one as I like a clean car but its not something(bodywise)we get involved with. Things like doing repair's Josh1a1h shouldn't of course prove a problem the only possible issue I could see would of course be that it'll tie one of the guys up for a while but yep happy to oblige and might prove interesting for others to view.

Ideally thinking about if it would be great if say 15 or so people could attend and all be looked after(we only have 3 technicians)I dare say any more could well in terms of everyone getting a look in prove an issue, but we're game for this event and would love to see some fellow BM owners in attendance.

Posted the same thread request over on E46Zone as it would be nice to see a few E46's and alike. Also may(though numbers will be somewhat limited due to the time process have a smart repairer on site who'll be able to deal with any interior issues you may have from a *** burn on your carpet to a side bolster repair on your seat)

Again thanks again for the interest so far

I got mine from here http://www.incarmotorfactors.co.uk/ over all to me its a damn sight cheaper than a sump and fluid from BMW and since the change it works a treat.

Steve, could you PM me a price for a an auto box fluid change too, please? I'd probably supply the Meyle kit from incar, so there'd be a mechatronic sleeve to change, too... Cheers!
