Should i bother down sizing to 18"??

Hey everyone,

Need some help please!

I'm currently riding on 19" run flats. Now, i know theres a million posts about runflats but i was wondering if anyone has any advice about whether its worth down sizing to a siza 18" non RF's, or, will i notice a difference if i just change my 19" run flats to non run flats?

any help would be much, much appreciated!

Going from 19" non rft tires to 18" non rft tires would result in a softer ride and more protection to the wheel from pothole damage.

You'll notice a change just going from RFT to Non-RFT

19" RFT tires to a 18" Non-RFT is going to be a night and day difference as far as comfort. The big difference you'll notice is the softer ride but at the same time, you may lose the quicker steering response due to the softer side walls Non-RFT's offer.

If you have bad roads around where you live, I think you should consider 18" wheels. Or you can also try some 19" tires which are known to be soft but still decent at handling (like Hankook Ventus V12 or the better but much more expensive Michelin PS2 or PS3).
