I'm surprised no ones mentioned that the Z06 weighs approximately 400lbs less than your car on top of the 500hp it has. You don't have a chance in hell of beating that car unless you strip your car bigtime and run meth and race fuel. Even then, i don't think so.

no chance vs a C6 Z06, dont really matter what you do. i dont even think there is any existing set up or combination of set up on a 335i that can touch a stock C6 Z06 that's properly driven. but then again, st race, anything can happen.. maybe the vett driver put it in reverse instead..lol

Against stock Z06 (on street tire) is possible to beat him but with good time for our mod 335. (xi or i with DR)
Here my two lost against Z06 with supercharge (615whp on dyno).Probably 720 at crank. He pass me but at the end of the 1/4...1300feets for one run and after 1000-1100 feets for other one. For info this guys run 10.5xx at 134mph on DR. Some practice and go for the vette Him on street tires.

Beileve it or not that is one huge variable you can control. Lose the 20" rims for the race... Depending on the tires - drop at least 8 psi in the rears if racing from a dig. Saw your post about running high 11s low 12s with race gas. You are talking about shaving 1.5 seconds off your last run. Get real - and get practicing.

yup pretty much, no way in hell is this guy giong to hit low 12's let alone high 11's. FYI - stock record for BONE STOCK C6 Z06 is held by Jamie Furman. I know him pretty well. He hit a 10.9 at 129mph BONE STOCK. no 335 on the planet that I know of has a chance against a properly driven one. save your money if your racing for cash. seriously.......you will get smoked if the right guy is behind the wheel so bad its not funny. I cant believe some of the people who posted in this thread that said you have a chance........really people??

Make sure you get the race gas in there and maybe change those wheels. Also, remove seats if you want to eek everything out of her. But overall just try to make it a loss and not an ass whooping.

[QUOTE=Sniz;5927719]if that was a supercharged Z06 you ran w/ those slips he couldnt drive to save his life. Seriously.
??? sorry my english is so so...What you want to say Thanks This guy runs 10.5xx at 134 with drag slick, with 1.5x 60 feet with his zo6 supercharge at 6-7psi. I have see his dyno sheet. 615whp but with stock tires...differente story... He make this last two runs with me with stock tire just for fun...he's to fast for me with DR The people want to see a 615whp car with stock tire against a 430whp AWD car.

With stock tire make 1.77 60 feets is very not easy. Lot of people can't do that with RWD. Some can but is not easy. Probably this guys is one of the best time with stock tires..
Anyway..at 99% the Z06 win this race...except if the 335 run hight 11's and the Z06 driver is bad..
