Drifts & Donuts

Will drifts donuts and hard turns kill your suspension or just your tires.

Are theses cars really made to handle these things or is it all just ads and bull.

Your suspension and tires will probably wear out faster. Abusing anything no matter how tough it is will cause certain parts to wear out faster. I also wouldn't really call the suspension in these cars heavy duty. Great at cornering and handling yes, but not heavy duty. I've seen people crack sub frames from hitting decent sized potholes.

So even m cars and this whole idea of going around the Nurburgring and taking all corners at high speeds . In the long run will kill the suspension

Nothing lasts forever. Will a track day kill your suspension? No. Several hard track days might make it wear out a bit quicker...

Just drive the car and enjoy it.

Sorry to bump this, but what about any electrical components?

I've had both GTR's and also 4Motion VW's and both of those have interesting 4WD concerns you need to be aware of. Granted my 330i is not 4WD I though it worth asking as I'm considering a skid pan or two in the near future.

You'll be fine. Find a big empty parking lot, preferably when the ground is wet, turn off traction control all the way, and try to have fun with the open diff. Just don't keep the steering wheel at full lock so you don't pinch the power steering lines and don't hit anything lol
