I said the tires are worn down to slicks, I guess anyone would have figured what I meant, which is the driver should not have driven on those worn out tires, but instead tires with decent amount of thread, and this is what caused the accident. I know that slicks are flat but they have a lot more rubber than tires that are worn down and look like slicks.

Just take a look at the second last picture, you can see minimal thread on both sides of the rear tire. Although the fronts still have some thread left, these are considered worn out too.

You drive a RWD car so you know how the rears wear faster.

Had a driver turn out of a street side parking spot and attempt a uturn directly in front of me. I "almost" stopped before impact. No pictures at the scene or of the other vehicle ......... other driver was in a Mitsubishi Montego. Damage to her vehicle included both driver's side doors and the running board. Less than 5k in damages to her vehicle.

Mine? Just over 15K in damage, no airbag deployment and more than 7 weeks in the shop.

Customer and sales person go on a test drive. Sales person discovers that the customer is a bad driver, and can't drive in wet weather.

Here's the other driver's car. Thankfully, he didn't have a passenger.

Damn, that's sad to see that awesome looking ZCP M3 ruined by that shitty Camaro. Look at all that damn fiberglass!

Who ends up paying for the car? Bmw or the test drivers insurance?

That looks a little bit worse than just wet weather. That looks like snow.

that's because the snow plow pushed the snow there. There wasn't any snow or ice on the road. It was just wet.

I'm so glad I read this thread. I feel so invincible in my car I'm always pushing it and doing stupid shit. Hopefully this will stop me from thinking my car can get away with anything.

It (hopefully) only takes one time .............. then the invincibility turns to vulnerability.

I wonder what disclosures the BMW dealership makes when the car is repaired and they go to sell it.

Both pics from BMWotML ?

That M5 owner must be pissed.
