Irvine BMW HORRIBLE!!!!

Had an issue with my car that I and many others believe to be a fuel pump failure. (Engine malfunction, reduced power) Not hard to believe on 335i. Irvine BMW had me wait for 2 hours (would not loan me a car) before they told me that since I have a K&N air filter they are not responsible and will not do any more diagnostics!

Thank you for wasting 2 hours of my weekend and doing the least amount you could possibly ever do to get rid of a customer!

irvine bmw is the worst. sounds like the only thing you can do now is remove the filter and try another dealer. good luck.

I never had a good expreience with their service department. When my wife took her 2004 X3 there, every time it had to go back because they didn't get the repair right. It took them 3 times to repair her panoramic sunroof under warranty, and they charged BMW for new repairs each time, even though they just couldn't get it done right the first time.

Although they are just a few miles from my house, there is not a chance in hell they are touching my new 1M. I would go to Sterling or Riverside BMW first.
