Irvine PD Tint Ticket

So i started my morning off with a nice ticket for tint. Got snagged at the red light on the southbound 5fwy off ramp @ Jamboree. I was making a right turn at the red and i looked to my left, obviously, and noticed the officer on the bike just posted up. And i knew he was waiting for me to make my turn. I have 15% so what did i expect lol

Anyways this is my first one; whats the fine these days? Any body here get an irvine tint ticket recently?

Look at your ticket make sure he checked the y for correctable otherwise you're fucked like me and are looking at a $280 ticket

yup its checked off as correctable

So i am left to assume that if i get it signed off and stamped, the fine will be like...$25-40 ?

wow either my 35% tint is good enough for all the cops in irvine not to pull me over or i have been super lucky. I usually pass by at least 2 a day lol.

Seems to be more consistent with the biker cops over the ones in the cars.

lol yes irvine is crazy
whenever i see a cop i get nervous as hell that he will try to pull me over for some very little thing
watch for the motorcycle cops their the worst.

I know that spot where he got rolled. I almost got snagged by the same biker cop. luckily some SUV driver had something to prove by blowing by me. I really appreciate him taking that ticket for me.

no joke, i think that's the guy who gave me a ticket a few years back too in this business plaza. that business plaza was past jamboree on whatever cross streets the districts in. i use to see him all the time in there giving away tickets. swat pin too
