I am in minneapolis - what condition are the wheels in? Bents, curb/rash? Center caps included? TPMS?

Hi. No bends. These were winter rims from another forum member. And I used them for same. They are rough in spots from curbage. I used the correct color to touch up.
Will let them go for cheap. Make offer
No caps or tpms.

I've shipped wheels once before to SoCal, so approx 28 per boxed rim USPS parcel post. UPS about the same.
