Fastest time was a 12.940 @ 108.97 mph I launched at 2000 rpms with dtc and ds shifting into 2nd and I shifted after that

Any suggestions how I can improve my time?

map 5 is slower than map 2 because map 2 will be 14.5 set map 5 will just be 12-15 depending on mods but im stock so it would be around 12 especially in hot humid florida

also yeah ive been alittle confused by traction control i just pressed the dtc once not holding it

I know what he meant; launching in 2nd gear on street tires with the auto is the best way to idiot proof the run.

From what I understand, Map 5 will autotune to like 10-11 psi for almost all people. Stick with map 2 for drag strip runs on a JB4.

Agree. Going to run on the april 15th (1/8th mile) and will try different maps to see the diff between each but i know map 2 will yield the best results

Have you tried map1 and how did it compare to your map2. I am stock and running map1 on 93 oct. I was just wondering is it safe to run map 2 or just stick to map 1.

Garage List
I have an 2008xi coupe and with just cobb accessport and 93 octane map I ran 12.6. I hold the DTC button until the dash warning light comes on then put the auto into sport mode. Hold the brake and floor it to 2500rpms the let it fly.

my cobb doesn't log like that its always blank for 0-60 times, here is what I do so tell me if i'm doing something wrong
set the cobb to log 0- 60 times (press ok and get to the screen that says accelerate)
put the car in DS mode, foot on break upto 2000 rpm and launch
but even after hitting 70 mph there is no reading?
